The setting of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, being easily accessible and having ample parking available. One of the best aspects of the stay was the spacious and well-appointed room, which provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. The breakfast buffet lacked a variety of options, with limited selection of cereal and at times, missing serving utensils.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food portions were generous. Grounds were well-maintained. Outstanding views.

It was quiet and comfortable with an excellent breakfast.

The only person we liked during our stay was the long haired blonde girl with glasses on reception who was fantastic with the problems we had. Unfortunately we did not get her name.

Heating would not turn down in room and one of the waiters in the dining had an attitude problem

I stay here monthly for work and it's like a home away from home. The rooms are cozy, and I love relaxing in the bar restaurant with my laptop. The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. Coulsdon Manor offers great value for money and has nice grounds.

Great casual & comfortable atmosphere in luxury & sporting surroundings

The breakfast was excellent after a good night's sleep.

Spacious, grand rooms with comfy beds and a bath tub, great prize, and dogs allowed. Excellent staff energy, friendly and courteous. Good breakfast with accommodating vegetarian options. Beautiful surroundings and well-maintained exterior.

Felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble.

I recently stayed at Coulsdon Manor for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The hotel's location, surrounded by a beautiful golf course, was idyllic. Despite the poor weather, we still enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the bar area, though a bit sparse, offered a pleasant atmosphere. the venue's architecture and features added to the charm of our stay.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

check in staff excellent. waitress service very poor this time and the last time i stayed. there were not many people dinning but the service was very very slow. gentleman on next table had to go and chase his meal. this would put me off staying again

No swimming pool for my son

We had a large room with a modern, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The walk-in shower had great water flow and the double basins were a nice touch. The hotel's location overlooking the golf course provided a relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the easy and plentiful free parking.

Hotel was pleasant set in beautiful countryside. Clearly good for golfers. Restaurant food was very good.

Lack of sufficient staff especially at breakfast.
